Picture
INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 kiwi fruit cut into 1cm thick rounds, peel removed
  • I block of quality cooking chocolate (light, dark or milk to your taste, or a mixture)
  • Sprinkles of your choice – sweet or savoury
  • Eco-friendly pop sticks
METHOD:
  1. Insert a pop stick into each slice. Place on a lined baking tray in the freezer for two hours.
  2. Dip the top half of each pop into the melted chocolate, allowing the excess to drip back into the bowl.
  3. Return to the lined ray. Sprinkle with your choice of decoration and place back in the freezer to set.
