INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 packets frozen dragon fruit (pitaya), (200 grams)
  • 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
  • 5.3 ounces strawberry yogurt (150 grams)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice (1/2 lime)
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

Optional Garnish:
  • chia seeds
  • berries

METHOD:
  1. Add raspberries, dragon fruit, blackberries, yogurt, chia seeds, lime, and ginger to blender container. Add milk, cover, and blend on high until smooth. Pause to scrape the sides of the container with a spatula as needed.
  2. Pour smoothie into a glass and top with additional chia seeds and berries if desired.

Preparation note:

If smoothie is too thick, add 1/4 cup milk and re-blend. If smoothie is too thin, add 1/4 cup berries or ice, and re-blend.

Ingredient substitutions:
Substitute plain or vanilla yogurt for strawberry yogurt if desired. Use dairy-free yogurt or culinary coconut milk in place of strawberry yogurt to make this recipe vegan.
