Sunshine punch

It doesn’t have to be summer to enjoy this delicious non-alcoholic punch. Serve in a punch bowl or jugs.
Makes about 2 & ½ litres / 10.5 cup

INGREDIENTS​:
  • 850ml (3 ½ cups) can unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 3 cups apple juice
  • 450g (16oz) unsweetened crushed pineapple
  • 750ml (3 cups) lemonade or dry ginger ale
  • Mint sprigs, sliced strawberries and glacé cherries to garnish
 
DIRECTIONS:
  1. In a large serving/punch bowl, combine the pineapple and apple juices with crushed pineapple. Stir lightly to combine.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until well chilled.
  3. Just before serving, add lemonade or ginger ale and strawberries to pineapple mixture. Garnish and serve immediately.
