Pumpkin hummus

  • Serves :  8  ›  Preparation:  10 min

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups cooked organic chickpeas
  • 1 cup organic pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 to 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper​
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • Organic pumpkin seeds to garnish
METHOD
  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor and puree until it is at the desired consistency.
  • Spoon Hummus into serving bowl and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or vegetables.
