Pizza muffins

INGREDIENTS:
Per serve you'll need: 1 English muffin, split 1 dtsp commercial pizza sauce Grated mozzarella or mild cheddar cheese Pizza topping of your choice such as salami, capsicum, mushroom, ham |
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Place the muffin halves on a baking tray and top with a spoonful of pizza sauce.
Add your choice of toppings and finish with plenty of grated cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes in the pre-heated oven until the cheese is melted and brown around the edges.
