Food, food, food

Here are the secrets to two of the most famous ocean-inspired cocktails across the planet. You can sip you way to a tropical island with the Seven Seas Martini, or delight adults and grandkids alike with our non-alcoholic version of a Sea Breeze. Turn them into a punch for large party fun!

Seven Seas Martini

To make 1 drink.  

INGREDIENTS: 
   ​
  • 1 ounce (30ml) Amaretto
  • 1 ounce (30 ml) Malibu Rum
  • 1 ounce (30ml) Blue Curacao
  • 1 1/2 ounces (45ml) pineapple juice
​METHOD:
  1. Add all ingredients to a martini shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into a martini glass.
  3. Garnish with fresh pineapple if desired.

Sea-breeze mocktail

To make 2 mocktails

INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 Measures (100ml) Cranberry Juice (canned or fresh)
  • 4 Measures (100ml) Grapefruit Juice, ideally freshly squeezed 
  • Ice Cubes As needed
  • Grapefruit Wedge or Lime wedge for garnish


METHOD:
  1. Squeeze fresh grapefruit juice, if using and set aside
  2. Measure in the cranberry juice
  3. Pour both juices into an ice-filled glass
  4. Stir, garnish with a grapefruit wedge to serve
Notes:
  1. Turn your Sea Breeze Mocktail into a cocktail by adding 2 measures (50ml) vodka
  2. Replace grapefruit juice with apple juice for a sweeter taste
  3. Add a squeeze of lime juice for a sharper flavour
  4. Fizz it up with carbonated water
