Ham, cheese and egg doorstops

Picture
INGREDIENTS
Per serve you'll need:
2 thick slices of bread, white or wholemeal
25gms shaved ham
2 cheese slices or cheese you slice yourself such as swiss
1 egg

Butter the slices of bread and lay a cheese slice on one.  Top with the ham and then the second cheese slice.  Put the second slice of bread on top and place the sandwich on a sheet of baking paper on an oven tray.  Break an egg over the top of the sandwich.  The white will probably run down the sides but all the better.  Put into a 180° oven until the egg is done to your liking, runny or hard.
