Good morning greens
Preheat the oven to 180C. Place the first 3 ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend gently to combine, then mix in the feta.
Season with herbal vegetable salt and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Divide between two 250ml ovenproof ramekins. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and set.
