EASTER BUNNY AND CHICKEN
These cute Easter Bunny and chicken are so easily made from coloured card and scraps.
Start by cutting two strips of coloured card, one twice the length of the other. Roll them into two tubes and tape or glue them to keep them together.
Next, glue the smaller tube to the larger one. Cut out ears and feet for the Easter Bunny, plus a nose and some teeth. Or feet and a beak for the chicken, plus a nice feather for the tail. Glue them in place.
If you have googly eyes, obtainable from a craft shop, glue them in place. Otherwise simply draw on the eys

CHARMING CHICKADEES
These little fellows were developed by Typically Simple.com. You'll need an egg carton, either a cardboard one or a plastic version, some coloured card, poster paint and a felt pen. Start by cutting two shapes from the egg carton for each chickadee you intend to make. Glue them together. Next, cute the beak from the coloured card, together with a little feather shaped piece. Glue the beak to one side of the body and make a small slit in the top to hold the "feather". Drawn on some eyes with the felt pen and you're done. You might like to fill the body with little sweets before you glue the two halves together as a nice surprise for your grandchildren. |

CREATE A BUNNY GOODIE BAG
- So simple yet so cute and certain to bring a huge grin to any grandchild's face. You'll need three deep paper plates, some pink card, cotton balls, a felt pen and some ribbon.

- Cut two pink ear shapes slightly smaller than the two paper plate ear shapes and glue them to the concave side of the ears. Staple the ears to the reverse side of the full paper plate.
- Trace a circle on another piece of pink card and then trace two slightly smaller circles on either side, overlapping slightly, to form a muzzle. Cut the completed muzzle shape out and glue this to the front of the full paper plate. Glue two cotton balls, side by side, to the bottom edge of the pink 'muzzle' shape. Draw in two eyes and some large teeth to complete your Easter Bunny face.

Get your grandchild to hold the edge of the carton side, put their face in the hole and take an appropriate photo.

EASTER BUNNY DECORATIONS
These gorgeous little critters are very easy to make. Simply cut some rounded "V" shapes from white card or felt and glue some pink oval shapes inside them. Then boil some eggs and when they're cool, draw on some bunny features. Stick the ears to the back of the egg. Now make a smaller rounded shape from thick card for the feet and glue them to the base of the eggs. Decorate them with anything you have on hand to give them personality and use them as part of your place settings for Easter Dinner or just use them as decorations anywhere.
