Cherry clafoutis
Pre-heat oven to 170°C fan forced, 190° normal oven.
Grease 30cm gratin dish and place cherries in the bottom.
In a food processor, blend all other ingredients to form a smooth mixture.
Pour over cherries and bake for 20-25 minutes until batter has risen and is golden.
Dust with icing sugar if desired and serve with cream or ice-cream.
