Baked cheese and herb cubes
Bite size savouries that are super easy to make and bake but will provide a plateful of excuses to mingle with your neighbours!

DIRECTIONS:
- Remove crusts from bread and cut into 2 cm (1 inch) cubes.
- Combine eggs, butter, parsley and thyme, salt, black pepper and tabasco sauce or cayenne pepper (to taste) in a small bowl. Whisk until well combined.
- Dip the bread cubes into the egg mixture and roll in combined cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese. Place on a tray, cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to moderate. Place cubes on an oven tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 8 – 10 minutes or until golden and slightly crusty.
- Sprinkle with ground paprika before baking if desired.
