Food, food, food

If you love sushi this simple-to-make Tahitian ceviche, will become a firm favourite. Quick, easy and adaptable, as well as being packed with vegetables. Serves 2.

Tahitian poisson cru

INGREDIENTS: ​
  • 2 tuna fillets - cut into 1cm cubes ((or use salmon))
  • 1 lime - juice
  • handful chopped tomatoes
  • handful diced green pepper
  • handful cucumber, peeled and deseeded
  • handful diced onion 
  • handful finely grated carrot 
  • 1 cup coconut milk (ideally fresh)

METHOD:
  1. Place the fish into a bowl, and pour the lime juice over.
  2. Add all the other ingredients, and mix well.
