Rose Petal Jam
METHOD:
- Wash the rose petals and dry them.
- Combine water and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring till the sugar dissolves.
- Add the rose petals, and lemon juice, and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the petals appear translucent.
- Let the jam cool, then store it in an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator.
