Mocktails are fun and festive and so refreshing on a hot day. Here's one inspired by the jungle movie Jumanji which should transport you to a rainforest.

Jumanji Jungle Juice

Picture
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup mango puree
  • 1/2 cup strawberry syrup or blended strawberries
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 cup sparkling water or lemon-lime soda
  • Fresh fruit slices (orange, lime, strawberries, pineapple)
  • Ice cubes

METHOD:
  1. Gather all the fresh and liquid ingredients, ensuring they are chilled for the best refreshing experience.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine pineapple juice, orange juice, coconut water, and mango puree. Stir well to blend the tropical flavors together.
  3. Pour in the strawberry syrup or blended strawberries and lime juice, mixing thoroughly. This creates the vibrant, jungle-inspired hue of your mocktail.
  4. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld and cool thoroughly.
  5. Fill your glasses with ice cubes, then pour the chilled fruit mixture over the ice. Top with sparkling water or lemon-lime soda to add sparkle and a fizzy kick.
  6. Add slices of orange, lime, strawberries, and pineapple to each glass.
