METHOD:
- In large bowl, stir together first 9 ingredients.
- In medium bowl, mix bananas, pineapple, oil and eggs; add all at once to oat mixture.
- Stir just until liquid is absorbed and mixture is thoroughly moistened (do not overmix).
- Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
- Cool in pan 5 minutes. Then remove from pan and cool completely.
- Mix the Glaze ingredients together and drizzle over the loaf.
