4 Ingredient Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin

Picture
This sort of breaks the 4 Ingredient rule as you have to make the Spice Rub first.  But that only has four ingredients too so we thought the cheat was justified.

INGREDIENTS:
STEAK SEASONING RUB
  • ¼ cup ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup garlic powder
  • ¼ cup onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons sea salt
PORK LOIN
  • 2 tablespoons steak seasoning rub
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 pounds/1 kilogram boneless pork loin roast
DIRECTIONS:
STEAK SEASONING RUB
  1. Measure spices out and place into a small bowl
  2. Stir together to mix well
  3. Use as a steak rub or mix into ground beef
  4. Store in a glass jar with a well-sealed screw lid

PORK LOIN
  1. Dissolve steak seasoning in balsamic vinegar, then stir in olive oil.
  2. Place pork into a resealable plastic bag and pour marinade over top.
  3. Squeeze out air and seal bag; marinate 2 hours to overnight.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
  5. Place pork into a glass baking dish along with marinade.
  6. Bake in preheated oven, basting occasionally until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit/65 C, about 1 hour.
Let the roast rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
